IMAGINE ation Monday with MCCR

Good morning, crafty friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! My 4 year old daughter and I went to a Mother/Daughter sleepover this weekend. We had so much fun! The moms crafted and the (3) four year old girls played their little hearts out! It's so awesome to have great crafty friends that live close by where we can do things like that!

So, today is IMAGINE ation Monday! That means I get to use my Imagine machine and share that project with you. I love my Imagine machine because it really makes cute images in just a few seconds! Here is the project I made to share.

For my card I used the Imagine More Cards Cricut Cartridge. I cut the cute little image out at 4 inches. I started with Kraft cardstock, used my We are Memory Keepers corner rounder, added a piece of Core'dinations cardstock in brown, then rounded those corners, added my cute image/sentiment, put some bling on the corners, and lastly, added the pink twine. This came together so quickly! Here are a couple of more photos.

MCCR-Scrapbook Friday-Layout

Happy Friday, Friends! I have some fun things planned for this weekend and I hope you all have something fun to do, too! Today is my day to post for My Cricut Craft Room. I was supposed to use a Cricut Lite cartridge and create a layout. Here's what I came up with~

I used the Sugar and Spice Lite cartridge to make the cute owl. I cut her and all of her layers out at 4 inches. I used Recollections cardstock for the owl and DCWV Halloween stack for the rest of my layout. The cute ribbons I got from one of Erica's Ustream sales. Here's a couple more pictures of my project.

Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room's one year "BLOG-iversary" of our first 100 cartridge Blog hop!

A year ago the blog was kicked off with the first design team members and daily postings. It took 2 months to get ready for this hop last year. Now we bring it to you the first full weekend of every month.

Collectively the design team uses over 100 different Cricut Cartridges in their projects during the two days of this hop. Sunday the new members of the design team will be announced and some have even made a project to share with you!! What an exciting weekend!!

I am super excited and honored to be chosen as a new design team member for My Cricut Craft Room! I can't wait to get to know all of my fellow design team sisters and to make some fun projects to share with you all! Thank you so much, Erica, for choosing me to be a part of your awesome team!!

I have made this cute project to share with you today. My daughter just had her first 2 dance recitals a few weeks ago, so I needed to get that in a scrapbook. I have used Flower Shoppe, Rock Princess, and Plantin School book cartridges for these pages...

I used numerous dance papers for this 2 page layout. I cut the title using Plantin School book and cut it at 1 1/2 inches. I used the Rock Princess cartridge to cut the boombox and cut out all of the layers at 2 1/2 inches.

I cut the flowers using the Flower Shoppe cartridge. The pink I cut at 2 1/2 inches and the black ones I layered on top I cut at 2 inches. I added some cute little gems in the center of each flower. I added some 3GJ crinkle ribbon, and my white jelly roll pen on some black cardstock and cut into strips for my journaling.
