12x12 Summer Layouts

Hi all!! It's the weekend!! Yippee! What do you all have planned? I don't know what kind of trouble I will get into yet! lol Sorry I have been kinda MIA since my hop! I have been so busy with the kiddos! I love Summer but it's busy, busy!! I have been in my craft room creating, getting ready for the 3 Girl JAM "Beautiful Bows" Blog Hop on Sunday (that I was asked to be a special guest designer for!!!) and for some other upcoming things so I haven't had anything to post. I did finally finish a 2 page layout tonight. Here it is..

Sorry the pictures aren't very good. It's always hard to get a good picture at night in my house! Here is each page up close..

I used papers and ribbon that I bought from Erica's Craft Room Store on a live U stream a while back. She has great deals! I am not sure of the brand of the papers but I love them!  All of the summer words were cut from a piece of 12x12 patterned paper. I cut the little pail and shovel from my H2O Cricut Cart. So, a while back I went to a thrift store and found this little key cabinet for just 35 cents~

It wasn't horrible but not anything exciting either. lol I grabbed some paint, My Mind's Eye paper, 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon, K.Andrew Design Stamps and got to work. Here it is now~

Not bad for 35 cents, eh? ;) Since this was my first hop, I wanted to go all out so I also made a mini album. It's filled with photos of owls all around my house. Here are a few pages~

 After doing the mini album, I had a bunch of scraps together so I threw a card together~

Happy Wednesday, friends! Hope everyone is staying cool! It's going to be 95 here in the Cleveland/Akron area. Yuck! Last minute Father's Day Card

  Hiya friends!!! Hope you all are doin' groovy! :) I jumped in the craft room {instead of the kitchen to make dinner} and made a card this afternoon. I think it turned out pretty cute but let me know what you all think! Here it is..
