Happy Spring Card

Hello everyone! Thank you for coming by to visit! Thanks so much to all of my new followers, too! Tonight I got a little time to be crafty and I had one of my new rosettes already made up (from my Martha Stewart scoreboard) and I wanted to use it on something. So, I put this quick card together.

 Here is what I used:

Kraft cardstock for the card base
Ranger ink in Sepia for inking and sentiment
journaling block from Echo Park paper
rosette made with core'dinations cardstock
twine by my minds eye
button
atg

That's it! Easy as Pie! (Whoever made up that saying anyway?! Pie is time consuming and messy so I wouldn't call it easy! lol)

That's it for tonight! I better get a few things done so I can get some sleep. Hope you all are having a good week so far! Thanks again for stopping by! Leave me a comment so I can come visit you! :)

Hugs,
HL

  5. Hello HL! Thanks for visiting my blog...love your cards. I have a THoltz rosette maker but have not used it. Funny about sayings, eh? Piece of cake...easy as pie! I like to say 'cake and pie', which combines them! lol

  7. Ha! Maybe getting a card like this would motivate me to spring clean... then again maybe not! ;) But it is an adorable card!

  8. I think your card is adorable, but like the poster above me the idea of Spring cleaning is NOT happy. LOL I'd rather be scrapping. Your rosette came out wonderfully!
